My wife says she no longer believes in religion. She no longer has any faith. It's been over a year since she stopped and I don't like it. I'd like her to start going to church with me again and stop being angry with God.
Yes, there is a reason. I know her reason. I've prayed for her and hoped she would have come back by now. I hate her not going and believing.

I didn't say I hate her. I said I hate her not going and believing. To be more clear I hate the fact that she doesn't go and believe anymore.
It doesn't matter whether she does or doesn't. You real answer lies in, do you love your wife as the person she is as a whole (of which faith was only one aspect), or do/did you just love her for her religion?
Spirituality isn't a "one size fits all", and we don't need to agree 100% on our spiritual views to love each other.
Ever hear of "unconditional love"? If the only major thing she's doing wrong is not believing the same as you do spiritually, you should consider yourself lucky.
Explain to her that being angry with God is pride and is extremely dangerous. God does not put things in our life to make us angry, but it's for a reason. It is a sin to question the works and authority of God. Pray for her and try to explain this to her. I promise, if you make an effort Jesus will speak through you.
Well theres nothing wrong with being mad at God. The bible says be angry and sin not. Whats she mad about? You say religion but does she believe in Jesus? Maybe church isn't for her.
