Do you think Stephen Curry deserved the Rookie of the Year Award over Tyreke

Evans? Why or why not?
I'm sorry Roger J, but Jennings horrible shooting automatically took him out of the rookie of the year race. The guy jacked up 15 shots a game and only hit 37% of them. In January, this guy was only hitting 32% of his shots!!! That's all the proof you need right there.

No, anyone who thinks otherwise is just plain stupid. When you're averaging 20-5-5 in your ROOKIE YEAR you're ROY hands down. You're in the group of LeBron, Jordan, and the Big O. When you have any sort of relation to them, you know you're good. Tyreke is the man on his team as well, while Curry is 2nd to Ellis.

Curry gets his stats from playing street ball in the Warriors play style. Whenever you score 120 points a game and allowing 130 points, you're bound to get some stats. If he didn't get 15 or more points on the Warriors he would be terrible. They basically do whatever they want. For example, on a fast-break coaches would want you to run and drive to the hoop, but with the Warriors, it's "YO I BE PULLIN UP FOR 3 ON FASTBREAK". You see the difference? So in conclusion it's Tyreke Evans without a doubt.

thank you i think he got cheated cuz at the beggining of the year everyone had their attentoion on sacremento and miluakke after jennings and evans had hot starts but since then stephen curry has been the better player i think stephen curry shouldve won it becuase he has better ball handling is a better shooter and a better passer i think he didnt win it because monta is the bigger star on the team right now

Although Steph Curry made a great LATE push for Rookie of the Year, he did not deserve the trophy. To ignore what Tyreke did for the ENTIRE season would be wrong, that award is rightfully his.
The man's stats speak for themselves: 20, 5, 5- only Oscar, Michael and LeBron have been able to acheive this line as a frosh in the league. These guys are identifiable simply by their first name. One day when hes just 'Tyreke', we will remember when he rightfully won the ROY award.

I think Brandon Jenning should of gotten it he might have not been consistant for a couple of games but that's because he plays for a good basketball team Reke and Steph are playing for teams that are struggling and they have to rise to the occasion every single night( but Monta Ellis helps Stephen Curry). Reke Would not be averaging any where near 20.1 PPG if he was playing for one of the top eight teams in the Western Conference. So with all of that being said I say brandon Jennings do not criticize me, he had a 55 point game in his rookie year that might not mean a lot to you people but thats enough said for me.
