...will sell it without a contract? Will the atrix work on telus if I buy it without a contract from Bell?
 
Bell will not sell the Atrix off contract according to the local bell store. However AT&T will. AT&T will also unlock it for you if you buy it unsubsidized; unlike Bell (the only one of the Big three that doesn't unlock phones), so you will have to find an online service to unlock it for you.
