i don't. we need to draft a quarterback desperately
 
I believe that he can manage their offence more consistently than Rex, but I don't see him as their QB for a long term like Brady and Manning have been for their teams. Since he is better than average at best, I doubt the Bears will draft a QB. They have a lot of other things to fix.
