Do you think this boat and trailer are worth $250?

Would you pay $250 for both the boat and trailer in the picture that is linked below? The boat is a 12' aluminum jon boat and the trailer is made entirely from steel. As you can see in the picture the trailer also features a hand winch, jack, and spare tire.

You wouldn't be able to buy the trailer new for that price. If you've got the money that can be spent on it, of course it's worth it.
