His opinion does not mean he is against the Constitution, he's not a Conservative.
 
Just because someone opposes gay marriage doesn't mean they should try to make it illegal.

I choose not to drink alcohol. That doesn't mean I want to make it illegal. People can do what they want BECAUSE IT DOESN'T AFFECT ME

People that try to force their morals on other people are pathetic.
