Does a Hondamatic 750 and a Honda 750 K have the same wiring harnesses?

They should be basically the same harness-BUT there will be differences. Them being the Hondamatic has a different dash, so the wires to the instrumentation will be different, and I believe it also has an extra wire or two going down to the crank case, one for the parking brake sensor and one to shift up into high as I remember. It has been about 8 years since I last worked on one, so it is hard to remember exactly. You possibly can make the harness from a regular 750 work on the hondamatic but you will have to be creative.
 
i think they are slightly different. i got a harness for my 1975 CB750K for $75 from partsnmore.com call them and check they are pretty knowledgeable. you'll see the harness on the right side of their home page.

I have a 1977 Hondamatic 750 and I can get ahold of a 1977 wiring harness from a Honda 750 K. Just checking if anyone knew if they were the same harness.
