I bought a phone and over paid for it so i complained and returned it because Fry's Electronics couldn't match it to Fry's.com. So now i cant get a new phone because they say my tenure or time for an upgrade hasn't reset. So i was wondering if it will take time to reset my upgrade eligibility? If yes, how long will it take?
