I'm not sure if such a recipe exists, but if anyone has one, I'd appreciate it. I'd like to make Salmon Fritters, but I have no flour of any type, and the shops are all closed.

You can always try bread crumbs or soda crackers or Ritz crackers. Or to be different you could try mashed potato flakes. You have to add an egg to bind it altogether, roll into a ball and flatten then either deep fry or saute. Sounds yummy. Good luck

i make some with cornbread stove stop stuffing
add flaked salmon
mix
roll in a ball
dip in beaten egg
roll in bread crumb
make a patty
then deep fry till golden at 375 oil temp
drain on paper towels
