Does anyone have any good coleslaw recipes? ?

I usually don't like coleslaw but I am making pulled pork sandwiches and wanted to make some to put on the sandwiches. I had pulled pork sandwiches once that had a pinkish colored slaw on it that was really good but I have no idea what it was made with. Does any one know what I am talking about and how to make it? If not that's ok. I just want a good recipe. Preferably I like slaw that isn't to saucy and slopy if that makes any sence lol. Please help, me nice, and no spam. Thanks a bunch!

4 c. shredded cabbage
2 cups shred ed carrots
2 cups mayo
2 tbs cane sugar
1 tbs vinegar

4 cups cabbage and carrots shredded
1 cup miracle whip or more if desired
sweeten with sugar to your taste
Add milk to make a creamy dressing about 1/2 cup
add 2 teas. celery seed
Mix all together and pour over slaw
