Does anyone know a good way to clean mold off of DVD's?

My basement was flooded in a storm and a lot of my DVDs got wet and just sat there in a box festering with mold. So now I have dried mold strings and what not. I don't want to scratch them with a rag, so is there anyone who knows a good way to clean them or make the readable again in a dvd player? Thanks, seriously about $800 dollars worth of various seasons of tv shows got wet. I will take all the help I can get.
