I have gone through the testing and qualified, and the interview is scheduled tomorrow. I have no felonies and maybe a contempt of court with traffic tickets. 2 moving violations from several years ago. The recruiting agent said not to disclose anything as it will be investigated regardless of whether it shows up on the background check. I could tell she was offering advice without trying to get herself in trouble. What is the process, wouldn't the background check be done before the interview and testing?
