Does the basic license in NJ include turkey too? There's not a lot of good spots to turkey hunt around me. The game land is okay but swamped. My friends tree farm doesn't have any turkey near it, my third cousin's farm has some but her neighbor's kid hunts it and he won't share turkey with me even if I'm on my cousin three acres. When I was in NJ tough with my uncle a few weeks ago I saw about nine turkeys. We stopped by aunt's farm and I was able to get about twenty yards on a few of them. She said she would let me hunt there. So how much is an out of state NJ hunting license? Does the basic license include turkey? What would happen if I'm pulled over by NJ trooper? Since I'm from Pa where the laws don't suck and have no FOID will my gun, ammo and hunting knife be confiscated or what?
