does anyone know how to upgrade jailbroken iphone to os 5 and keep apps?

Can anyone help me? I have an iphone os 4.3.3 and i'd like to upgrade to os 5. I've played so many games and does anyone know how to backup and recover all my jailbroken apps and cydia apps? I've tried searching and couldn't find anything.. thanx
