You have some options. For the pictures, you can send them via email from your phone (hope you have a text messaging plan cuz if not, price would be $0.25 per pic sent). You can also (if you have or plan to have a usb cord) transfer the pics from your phone memory to (hoping you have 1) the mini sd card, then connect phone to computer (you have to get and download the neccessary drivers first so that your computer can "see" the phone of which you can get and download from Verizon's web site. As soon as your phone is connected to the computer, go to "My Computer" and there you should see your memory card folder, open and from there you can drag-n-drop your pics or sounds or? to a different folder of your choice.
