I consistently have sales reps in the field that are texting me throughout the day, and am on the hunt for software that i can text them through.
Basically something that when they text me to (555) 555-5555 it will pop up on my computer screen, and when i send an sms text back to them, it shows "from (555) 555-5555"... I've used AIM/Outlook, but they just arent able to do the things I would like them to do.
