Does anyone know of a trucking company that will hire a recent grad with felonies

from 8 years ago? I graduated Alliance Tractor Trailer with a 97% average. I graduated with my Class A CDL, with my doubles/triples & tanker endorsements. I just can't seem to get started because I have felony convictions from 8 years ago. It's like no one will give you a chance once you mess up one time in your life, regardless of what you do to better yourself. Everyone keeps telling me to find an Owner Operator to get started, so I can get some experience. How do I go about finding Owner Operators?!? If anyone knows of any other trucking company that will give me a chance, please let me know. I have had the dream of driving a truck since I was 6 years old. Please help me...
