Does anyone know of people under 21 can go into the bottom lounge?

I want to go there for a concert not to go drink or eat or anything. I'm 16 years old. My parents said I could go if I made sure I could get in. It's the Bottom Lounge that's on Lake st by ashland. Here's the address just in case: 1375 W. Lake St

If they serve alcohol and the drinking age is 21, it is UNLIKELY they will allow you in alone. If you are accompanied by an adult over 21, you have a good chance of being allowed in, but CALL THE PLACE and ask for a sure correct answer.
