I got this letter saying I needed to buy 2 more dvds to complete my membership but I completed it like a year ago...and now its charging me but not showing me what dvds I am being charged for and I know for a fact that I decline my "directors selection" every month ! Whats goin on ??? I have tried every number I found on line to contact them and none work !!!!
