I have been looking for "Cowboy BeBop: The Perfect Sessions" DVD Collection, which has all the seasons and all the episodes of the show. I searched for the collection on sites such as Ebay and Amazon, but I don't trust those sites that much. For example, some people are trying to sell the set with 3 DVDs, when it really comes with 6, so I am not sure what is up with that.
