does anyone know the laws for local truck drivers and lunch breaks?

when i was hired i was told we get a thirty min lunch now my supervisor is saying that we cant stop at all not for drinks lunch or to use the restroom

No law says you need a break. As messed up as it sounds. You can request a break and if they say no i guess you deal with it. Sucks i know. I know how you feel. I'm a paramedic and work 24 hours straight with no break. They take it as being posted for 10 minutes every few hours as a lunch.
