Well, I lost my job and we are relocating to Seattle area(50 mile radius is fine), obviously we are looking for a good price, but don't want to live in a ghetto. I have a 36 foot dutchmen travel trailer with 1 slide out, so I would need a berth big enough for this, it's 1997 model, so there can't be any 10 year age rules. Defintely would prefer a full hookup site.
Pluses would be internet(I am studying full time), cable, areas nearby for the kids to play, definately grass and trees, as we are coming from Las Vegas and are really tired of desert landscaping. We have a shower in the trailer but some decent amenities would be great. We would be looking at around 6 months until I can get a job, save some money and move into a house.
