??? If I ride 30 minutes at 14 mph. I have rode the bike before but it just doesnt seem like it decreases my body fat like running. Maybe it is just me but I am 13.6 percent body fat, 5'8 167lbs tryin to get down to around 10%. I get so sick of running so I am looking for alternate sometimes, I also wim to. I am just wondering if biking is a good alternate.
