Recently, I've been trying to lose a bit of weight and tone up. I heard water's supposed to flush out toxins and also help speed up metabolism.
So I've been drinking water like crazy.
I use a 780ml bottle and drink about 6-10 bottles of water a day.
Half a bottle in the morning and probably the rest in the afternoon.
But recently , ive noticed that whenever i eat , i usually throw up a bit of what i ate?
I don't think its reflux. Because I dont feel heartburn or anything.
I've also noticed that I don't...shit anymore.
I don't know if it's related or not.
Please help.
