Does eHarmony match you up with non-subscribers (maybe people who've...

...created profiles but not paid)? I figured I'd try it out for a month. They send you your "matches" every day and with eHarmony's "guided communication" you can send them questions for them to respond to (and vice versa). I sent the 5 questions to many of my matches, but none have responded or even looked at my profile. And then when I checked to see when they were active last, it's like they signed in once and never came back to the site. Maybe these "matches" are not subscribers?

Has anyone else had this issue with eHarmony?

You are right. Membership is the only way they can make money. I think they are a good company but if you don't understand everything about them, it can be frustrating.
