I'm a 14 year old girl i'm 5"4 and I really want to grow 5 inches so i can be a model. I heard that you don't stop growing until you are 18, but i dont think i will grow 5 inches in this time. I am extremly unflexible as wasn't sure if this was preventing my growth at all or if become flexible would help my growth. If not wat other ways help someone grow faster. PS. i dont drink coffee or take drugs or anything so that's out of the way.
