Hi,
I'm currently a freshman in high school, and I work out every single day as a part of the football curriculum. My friend's brother told us that if we get punched in the arm multiple times, it will tear the muscles and 'improve' them.
So basically, we still do our normal every day workout. However, we punch eachother (hard) in the arms multiple times. Does it really make your muscles more 'cut'?
Thanks
