...affect pple with unlimited talk/text? whats states are being attacked by the malware in the google play store for android users and how would i know if a app has a virus because i want gta 3 and idk if it's safe or not and i'm in georgia so will it effect me

You can usually tell if an app has malware by the reviews. Look through them before you download anything. That's what I hate about the google play store. Some apps have malware.
 
I have downloaded several dozen apps from Google Play & NONE of them had viruses. Where did you hear this nonsense? Are we supposed to know what you're babbling about?
