Does iPhone 4 Internet history show up on phone bill?

I was on the bus with my 2 friends and one of them took my phone (like always) and went on the Internet. I tried to get it bak but she wouldn't give me my phone. She finally gave it back to me whn she got off the bus and when I went back onto the internet I looked in the history and she was looming at po_n. Eeeew!!! I'm 12 and my mom gets the bill. So does the phone bill show the web history ?! I'm freaking out !!!! ):!!
 
Hahaha! No it doesn't unless she signed up for something but other then that it should be fine. Just make sure to delete the history on your phone
