Does it annoy when you see 11, 12, 13 year olds on the internet?

I'm 17 but I didn't even know how to turn on a computer at that age.... I've even seen one 7 year old kid commenting on youtube videos...
The kids that use the internet usually have pretty sh*tty parents. Thank GOd my parents are from Ireland and I wasn't raised like all these spoiled rotten American kids liek the girl below me. 6 or 7 is ridiculous. Your parents should be ashamed.
 
Not really. It depends how mature they are.
If they talk like they've never learned how to spell, it could get pretty annoying. But most of the time, it doesn't bother me.
 
No. If you're mature, then you should blend in with all the other people on the net. I'm 13, I would know
