Does Lucky Star Ryouou Gakuen Outousai For PS2 Have English Sub Titles?

I really want this game and feel it's no fair that it's a japan exclusive.Importing is o problem, the problem is if I can read it since this is a visual novel and I do't know how to read hiragana or kanji or katakana. Does anybody know. Also whats this game about no websites ever explain this.
 
I honestly don't know about the english thing, I'm trying to find that out myself.

The game is about a male student who transfered to Ryouou along with another female student. You play as the boy and you interact with the 10 girls from the anime and Ko and Izumi (who are only in the manga). Each girl has a story line of their own that you follow.

There is also some fantasy adventure thing, but I don't know anything about that. I can tell you now that each tory line ends with you kissing the girl your choices chose.
