does my dell inspiron have Bluetooth?

i have a Bluetooth headset and was wondering could i connect it to my Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop and how do i connect it, do i need a u.s.b device or what
guides and links are welcome
 
Well if the blue tooth is wired there are ports on the front of your PC you can plug into if its wireless I dont think you can. If you need to talk to someone though the PC buy a head set that is what I use and I talk to my buddies all the time.
