Ok, so I have a 2000 Dodge Neon. It idled horrible for about 20 seconds before completly dieing on me. Since then I have replaced the ECM (PCM). It sounds like it wants to start but it just wont. The motor will turn over but it wont start. Im thinking I need to program the ECM. My dad said its not getting the signal to ignite. Does anyone know what could be wrong with it?
