Does Ps3 bluetooth head phone work with my homephone?

Ok so i bought ps3, and want a head set for it. So my question is does my home-phone work with it. the headset is designed for Ps3, but is a bluetooth. and my phone has a button on it that says "find headset" and the company is vtech. 1 year old. So will it work.
Please people of yahoo answer fast! i need to make this decision asap
