Does the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 Blu-Ray/DVD Combo Pack

contain...? ... the special features on the DVD disc inside as well, or are they ONLY on the Blu-Ray disc? I ask because I live in Canada and the 2-disc special edition is not available here (EXTREMELY ANGRY ABOUT THIS, i don't have a damn blu-ray player). Amazon US doesn't have it, Amazon UK does but only available after Dec. 2 which is too long for me to wait.

Do DVD/Blu-Ray Combo Packs usually have all the good stuff on only the blu-ray disc?
