Does the IoGear Bluetooth 2.0 USB Micro Adapter function with metro pcs bluetooth?

I'm intend to buy this IoGear Bluetooth 2.0 USB Micro Adapter at walmart, and I want to buy it so i can use internet wireless service from someone else internet wireless service. I have a metro pcs cell phone can it work with it.
