Does the Samsung Rant work with Google Latitude?

Yes, I'm a Google fanboy...asking questions on Yahoo! answers.

I'm trying to determine if the Google Latitude will work on the Samsung Rant. I know there is talk about a new version coming out, but wasn't sure if the current version was supported. The phone IS java enabled, so not sure why it wouldn't work with the GPS functionality.

Anyone had success in actually getting it to work or know of anything regarding this question?

I don't think it does. I have a rant and I've been trying to get it installed but it says that it isn't compatible with my device at this time. However, I think they might get a newer version out that might work on ours, idk.
