Does The Samsung Solstice feel cheap? / impression/ect?

Ok...I Have At&T. im getting a new phone this friday. I have been lookin at diff phones that I like and the reviews are just shitty. I really like the samsung impression however, every ones reviews says the phone freezes and also the Nokia surge. I just need a good phone that isnt crappy dosnt feel cheap..has loud speakers and is a over all good phone.. im not really worried about the price of the phone I JUST NEED A PHONE ASAP lol. ps does the samsung solstice feel cheap. does is navagate good. speakers loud? ringtones loud?
