Does the size of a man's penis keep him from pursuing a serious relationship?

Is it really true that the size of a man's penis would make him too insecure to pursue a relationship with a girl that he actually likes? How would a woman know if this is his reason? Are there any signs?

I would say yes because I sure as heck can't deal with a small penis man and I'd dump him (shallow, and?). So if he gets dumped by several shallow females like me, he's eventually going to come to the point of not wanting to pursue anybody for the fear of being dumped again because of the size.
