does the verizon 4s run on 4g lte network?

Nope. Its actually slower then the at&t one.

No the iphone 4S on Verizon network only works on 3G data internet. There are no iphones currently that work on 4G data internet. Hopefully when the iphone 5 comes out next year it will work on 4G network.
