Okay so I got an idea for a story but It sounds a little weird so I wanted to know what other people would think.
So basically beside the whole plot part of it is a crazy man is threatening a rich family to give up their money for their kids and if they refuse he kills both the kids and the rich family. There's more to it but that's basically the short way of putting it. anyways, he is holding the kids hostage and the parents again for all their lives are not to say a word. So what I want to know is if the part where he has captivity of the children seems a little uh....wrong. He doesn't do anything to them, he is just holding them hostage. What do you think? Do you like it or should I change it some how? please let me know. thanks.
