Does this let me convert my VHS tapes to DVD? ?

the price looks good.. but I can't tell whether or not I can put a VHS tape in there, play it, then record it on to the DVD.

I have like 200 VHS tapes (old), mostly home videos, that I want to transfer to DVD.

What do you recommend?
Thanks. Can you please suggest a device that I can buy that can allow me to transfer VHS to DVD?

I do not want to use my PC to do it, it has to be a standalone device..

Also, I don't want to use a 3rd party vendor to convert this for me, I want to do it myself.. I have over 200 VHS tapes..
