Bent rows x8
Dumbbell punch walk - 8 reps
Upright rows x8
Dumbbell fly - 8 reps
Military press x8
Pushups - 8 reps
Good morning x8
Squats - 8 reps
Lunges x8 (each leg)
Floor wipers - 8reps
Squat push press x8
Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs dumbell - 8reps
Dead lift x8
Dumbbell snatch – 8reps

Treadmill 5mph 5mintues
Heavy bag 8 rounds 3mintues each 60 seconds rest
does anything need changed
any thing i can add
tips and tricks
anything will be helpful
