(Apology for length)
So it's about these two Rival Reaper groups, both made up of three major bloodlines (a government of sorts) and many smaller bloodlines. The "good side" have this rule that any female reapers born have to be killed, because anything their palms touch (as long as its from human world)--including humans-- will be destroyed (flowers would wilt, paper would burn...etc) and it would lead to disorder. There's also another rule that no member of a major bloodline can be killed, because they have to help continue the bloodline. Then, one day, a girl is born into one of the MBs.
After serious debate, the three MBs' reps decide they'll keep her locked in her family's main house for her whole entire life, so she won't cause chaos.
After some years, the girl has grown into a rather apathetic, at times rude person, who could care less about the human world and does whatever she pleases. Then, a member of the Rival Bloodlines manages to convince (or trick. IDK which yet.) her to go to the Human world. He gives her a pair of leather gloves her Father created, so she won't accidentally destroy anything.
That's all I got. xD So how is it? Is it good in the way of, you'd watch it if it were a movie, or you'd read it if it were a book? Both?
(PS: Male reapers are forbidden to have a child with a female reaper, half due to the fact that females aren't allowed. So they have sex with human girls, whom always die in the process of giving birth to the reaper's child because of the immense power. In a way reapers are half human, which gives them their human appearance, and human weaknesses,)
