does this sound like a healthy day of eating/exercise?

breakfast- fat-free yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, and special k on top
lunch- 1/2 low-carb flatbread wrap with 1 slice of turkey and some lettuce, 1/2 a yellow bell pepper cut into strips, and 1 calcium chocolate
snack- strawberries
dinner- 2 slices of whole grain bread with zuchinni slices, tomato slices, and satueed bell peppers and onions
after dance snack- 1 banana with 1 tbsp of pb

i am not home from 7 am to 7:30 pm. so i will eat lunch at school at 11, then the strawberries after school around 2:30. i have to eat dinner after my tumbling class in the car at 4:30, then i will have the banana and pb when i get home from dance at 7:30.

my exercise is 1 hour of tumbling, 2 hours of jazz, and maybe 20 minutes of pilates if i have some time.
does this sound healthy? this is what i am doing tomorrow
am i eating enough food? i am trying to increase my calories to 1000-1200 because recently i only ate 800 calories per day so i am slowly eating more. how am i doing?
