a month? I am trying to research plans these things are expensive. She wants unlimited texting included. Me and my bf are on the family plan which comes to about $75 a month. We don't have texting. Me and him just use the phone for talking. We can add her for an extra $9.99 a month. I don't know about the texting and how much extra that will end up being.

I'm 14, & I have a MyTouch, with T-mobile. I'm on a plan with my sister & mom. So, its 3 of us. We have 750 shared minutes, & unlimited text & web(On every phone),international discounted calling, & insurance on all three phones. My mom pays $220 a month.

It depends on what plan you get. We are on Verizon's family plan which is 3 phones and 1400 minutes, plus unlimited text on all phones. Our sons line is only $9.99 per month and that includes unlimited text. But he cannot receive/send pic messages or get online with it as we blocked that, since he is only 12.

Depending on who your carrier is unlimited texting would be about $20. You may not think unlimited texting is an issue but teens use a lot of texts and they don't go and count if they have hit their 200 limit or anything so unlimited is usually always the best way to go for a teen. So your looking at adding on around an extra $35 a month for her. If she's old enough to get a job make her get a job and pay for her line or make her do extra work around the house to make up for it! You may want to look at your minutes too and either limit her on what she can use (or tell her to talk only after the unlimited nights and weekends start) or you may want to upgrade minutes.
