Does zumba fitness work?????????

I saw you can buy the home workout thing and I was wondering if it worked. Thanks!
 
Honestly, if you are doing nothing right now and begin do something such as zumba or cycling etc ANYTHING will work better then what youre doing currently, as youll at least be moving. Just do some plyometrics with a stool or chair or something and run it yourself, im sure you can find many simple workouts for this and plyometrics will burn fat/calories build cardio and build core/lower body strength
