Downloaded with torrents- all dissapeared. Why?

Absolutely ages ago, I downloaded a few albums and movies using uTorrent from The Pirate bay, on Trusted Torrent uploaders. Now, months later, a few albums and a few movies are gone, the torrent is still there but the downloaded files are all completely gone.

This happened before with a good few discographies- is there any explanation for this at all? Seriously this is getting ridiculous. Oh and don't just say 'you should buy your stuff' because telling me that doesn't solve my current problem.

Thanks to any advice in advance.
I don't share the computer with anyone, it's my laptop. No one including myself has moved the files.

Maybe you moved the files to other places or did others (using the same computer) moved the files? Files do not just disappear unless someone or virus in the computer touches them.
