Downloading torrents to pen drive?

Hi, I have a 16GB pen drive, and i want to download a torrent which is around 6GB on it, but when i come to download it, utorrent tells me the file system exceeds the space or something. The pendrive still has 14.5 GB free space, so why isn't it letting me download on it, and how can i make it? thanks!
 
Move your files from the pen drive to a folder on your pc. Reformat the pen drive to NTFS.

My flash drive wouldn't let me move files larger than 4GB, saying it's full, because it was FAT32.
