I recieved an email from my ISP (Charter) that the movie Inception was downloaded via bit torrent and I was informed that these actions are illegal and if done again, action will be taken against me... Are all downloaded files reported to the ISP? I have downloaded albums and albums prior and never heard a anything from anyone. Which files are reported?
